This page explains how to request deletion of your Neonix account and the data associated with it. Neonix and Neonix Reader are published by Inka Studios LLC.
Option 1 — delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Open the Neonix app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice when prompted.
Your account becomes inaccessible immediately, and account data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email hello@inkastudios.io from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my Neonix account".
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the address before proceeding. We action verified requests within 30 days.
Neonix Reader (event staff)
Staff accounts for the Neonix Reader app are created and managed by the venue or organizer you work for, not by self-registration. To have a staff account removed, contact your organization's administrator, or email us at hello@inkastudios.io and we will coordinate with them.
What is deleted, and what is kept

Retention period
Deletion is permanent after 30 days from the request. During that window the account is already inaccessible. Data listed as "kept" above is retained only for the legal, tax, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes described, and is deleted once those obligations end.
